I have lived a lifestyle of health and fitness for 30 plus years. This isn't just a business to me, it is a way to share my love of fitness with the community.
I owned and operated EASTMAN'S FITNESS for 14 years and now have moved to focusing on the part of fitness that I enjoy the most - helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Where we can meet to train:
Am now personal training out of CICCONE FAMILY FITNESS CENTER in Clinton, MA. I have 24 hour access to the business. Clients DO NOT have to pay a membership fee if they train with me. If they want access to the fitness center at other times then there are different levels of memberships at CICCONE'S that they can look into.
I am willing to train potential clients in their home gym for additional fees. We can discuss this option if interested.
I approach training using a practical application of weight training through the 4 D's: Desire, Dedication, Determination, & Discipline. I have lived these principles to achieve my fitness goals and now I would like to share this knowledge with individuals who desire to learn.
